Below is the video from when Michael Jackson’s hair caught on fire during the filming of a Pepsi commercial back in 1984.  There’s no sound available with the video.  Basically, an explosion effect went off too early and caught Michael Jackson’s jheri curl juice on fire.  It’s been said the pain from the surgeries he had to have on his scalp following the accident is what led to Michael Jackson’s pain pill addiction.
