Two douchebags, ages 20 and 21, outfit a busted ass 1997 Lincoln with some red and blues then start recording themselves pulling people over. These videos lead to their arrests. This is some scary shit. Seems any psycho can put some lights in their car and get people to pull over. What I want to know is where are the links to these videos on youtube?
