Now You Can Be Sued For Someone Else’s Sluttiness?
In a nutshell, there’s this high school senior-girl, Jessica Logan, who sent at least one nude image of herself to a boyfriend.
The boyfriend (Ryan Salyers) then circulated the image to fellow classmates. The girl was “harassed” by her peers over the image(s). The girl, age 18 (same age as when she sent the nude photo(s), killed herself a short time after graduation. Now, the parents are suing the school and the ex-boyfriend. The parents are blaming the young man for spreading the picture(s), and claiming that’s what helped lead to their daughter’s suicide, as well as blaming the school for not putting a stop to the harassment, which they claim helped lead to their daughter’s suicide.
While I think what happened is sad, to blame the boy and the school for her suicide seems ridiculous. If this girl was having such a hard time suffering the recourse from her own bad decision, why didn’t they do a few things to help her like:
- Send her to a new school and/or move. I know this is not as easy as it sounds but the girl apparently was having a pretty hard time in her hometown. She was having such a hard time she killed herself.
- Change the home phone number and the cell phone number(s). This would have stopped the harassing phone calls and texts. Maybe even reprimand her for sending out nude photos and take the phone away from her. Now she can’t receive the mean phone calls and texts.
That’s just two ideas. I mean, if I sent a dick pic to a woman, and she showed her friends who thought it was small and they all laughed at me, then I killed myself, who’s fault is it? Fucking Ridiculous.

HEY HEY HEY! She could have been pressured into it! and your not a girl, you dont know what its like! Being called a slut and everything… the boy really didnt have a right to send the pictures to anyone else and the school did nothing! You are so wrong about everything…
She sent the picture to her boyfriend. She probably loved him and trusted him. I doubt she would have ever sent it had she known he was scum of the earth enough to show it around…
