I recently found the link located at the bottom of this post which details just how healthy, or most likely not healthy, the food at popular fast food restaurant is.  From the terrible-for-you portion size to the belt-popping loads of sugar, salt, and fat you may be ingesting, this is one of the most informative sources for findign out just what kind of death your favorite burger or taco joint is dishing out.

P.F. Chang’s noodle dishes and foods from the grill all come with dangerously high fat and calorie counts.

    This has been the most eye-opening lesson for me. I was constantly grabbing fast food, and thinking that a veggie sub from Quizno’s was health (nope, 1,000 calories!). Now I try to order a salad and a SMALL order of fries.
